Specialisation

Administrative Law, specifically Urban Planning, Public Procurement and contentious-administrative processes.

Her more than 10 years of professional practice has focused on advising public administrations and companies in bidding procedures throughout their development, including the preparation of contracting files and clause specifications. She also advises bidding companies and contractors in their relations with the administration, as well as in their application for the relevant bids.

As a specialist in urban planning, she advises on Property and Registration Law in relation to urban registration certification and any legal property business.

She has been involved in numerous administrative procedures, and advised in all phases of urban planning and management, contracting, property liability and local taxes, among others.

She also has extensive experience in litigation in administrative matters, and has defended numerous clients in special contracting appeals procedures at contractual appeal resolution bodies. She has also legally defended in contentious-administrative appeals at Contentious Courts, Higher Courts of Justice and the Supreme Court, as well as the Court of Audits.
