Career Path

With more than thirty years of experience in the practice of law, Comas has focused his professional practice on advising financial institutions, as well as defending them before the competent courts.

He also has extensive experience in advising real estate investment funds, the constitution of joint ventures for the development of real estate projects, the purchase and sale of credit portfolios and real estate contracts, among others.

In addition, he advises numerous companies of all sizes, from large companies to SMEs, on matters related to labour and commercial law, also acting as their legal defence before the corresponding authorities.

He also has experience in advising and defending individuals in family law matters.
