Advising companies and individuals in commercial, civil and European private law matters, and legal defence in Courts and Tribunals.

Her more than 20 years of professional practice have focused on advising in Civil Law matters, such as obligations and contracts, property law and rights and inheritance.

She also has extensive experience in Family Law, with specific training in this field following participation in various courses. She frequently advises on separations, divorces, modification of divorce terms, disputes in the exercise of parental authority and common-law couples, among others.

As an expert litigator, she has extensive experience in Procedural Law and has a postgraduate degree in Legal Practice. She has been involved in judicial proceedings in Provincial Courts and Hearings in contractual and extra-contractual liability actions, inheritance law, contracts, corporate disputes, enforcement processes and official recognition of Sentences.

She also regularly advises mercantile companies in drafting and modifying statutes, shareholders’ agreements, placing on public record and implementing all types of corporate agreements; and constitution, dissolution and liquidation of companies.
