Master in Legal Practice (ICAB-UB 2008-2009): the contentious-administrative appeal; Course on proof in the contentious-administrative process 2009; Specialization course in town-planning and sub-dividing 2008-2009 (EPJ from ICAB). He has written several articles in newspapers about urban planning. Collaborating professor in the work BIGDATA at the Higher Institute of Law and Economics (ISDE) in matters of contentious-administrative procedural Law.

Career path

Specialized in administrative Law in general, and town planning and expropriations, local Law, and contentious-administrative procedural Law in particular. He has participated as Lawyer in numerous proceedings, administrative and contentious-administrative appeals in matters related to regional and local administrative activity (urban and town-planning, expropriations, administrative contracts, patrimonial liability, etc.) representing and defending both private individuals and legal entities as well as Public administrations. He acts as external town- planning advisor to several municipalities in Catalonia, and has participated in the drafting of numerous planning instruments.

He has given courses and lectures as speaker in the school of Legal practice of the Barcelona Bar Association and in “Masters” organized by the University of Barcelona among others.
